Audiosalad @ Joshua Brooks 06.05.05
Audiosalad was a great drum'n'bass night down in the basement of Joshua Brooks bar, catering for the more intelligent and progressive side of the genre. Residents were Nick Sinna, Response, D-Heightz, Esetek, Buda and Mr Wilson. Host MCs were Dabbla, Gemini or Logic.
Over a short period of time they served up consistently good nights including Amit, Bailey, Breakage, DJ Lee, Ed Rush, Equinox, Fabio, Klute, Krust, Loxy, Nookie, Paradox, Randall, Seba, Spirit and Storm. This particular month saw a Soul:ution presentation with Marcus Intalex and Doc Scott, ably assisted by MC Dabbla.
At the end of Doc Scott's set Marcus Intalex grabbed the mic and shouted "Now that was a fucking history lesson!" and it so was.
